At SoleMet, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that buying footwear online can sometimes result in fit or style concerns — which is why we've built a straightforward, hassle-free return and refund process.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return. All return requests must be raised within the defined window from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if any of the following apply:

  • Wrong Size: The product delivered does not match the size you ordered
  • Wrong Product: You received a different style, colour, or model than what you ordered
  • Defective Product: The product has a manufacturing defect such as broken sole, faulty stitching, or damaged material
  • Damaged in Transit: The product arrived physically damaged due to shipping
  • Size Doesn't Fit: The product fits differently than expected (subject to conditions in Section 2)

Important: Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn & Unused: The footwear must not have been worn outdoors or used in any way
  • Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original box with all packaging intact
  • Tags Attached: All original tags, labels, and stickers must still be attached
  • No Odour or Stains: The product must be free from any smell, dirt, or marks
  • Proof of Purchase: Order ID or invoice must be shared at the time of raising the return request
  • Photos Required: Clear photos of the product and the issue must be shared via WhatsApp or email when initiating the return

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and the product will be sent back to you at your cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to raise a return request:

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Reach out via WhatsApp at +91 91468 10149 or email us at solemet03@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Share Your Order Details

Provide your Order ID, the reason for return, and clear photos of the product showing the issue.

Await Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days with approval or further instructions.

Ship the Product Back

Once approved, pack the product securely in its original box and ship it to the address provided by our team. Share the tracking number with us after dispatch.

Refund or Exchange Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability of the requested size. If the size you need is in stock, we will dispatch the replacement after receiving your returned product.

  • Exchanges are allowed for size change only — not for a different style or colour
  • The replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned item is received and inspected
  • If the requested size is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed as follows:

Prepaid (UPI / Card / Net Banking) Refunded to original payment source 5–7 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD) Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your account 5–7 working days after bank details received
Wallet / EMI Refunded to original source where applicable 5–7 working days

For COD refunds, you will be asked to share your bank account number, account holder name, and IFSC code via WhatsApp or email.

Shipping charges (₹50 COD fee) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product sent by us.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we take full responsibility. In such cases:

  • Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 91468 10149 with photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup — you will not bear any shipping cost
  • Upon receipt and verification, we will send a full replacement or issue a complete refund — your choice
  • Resolution will be completed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the product

Please note: Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear after delivery is not covered under this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been worn, used outdoors, or show signs of use
  • Products with removed, damaged, or missing tags and labels
  • Products returned without original packaging or shoe box
  • Products purchased during a Final Sale or Clearance Sale
  • Return requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents
  • Customized or personalized orders (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibilities are as follows:

  • Wrong or Defective Product: SoleMet arranges and pays for reverse pickup — no cost to you
  • Size Exchange / Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own cost
  • Recommended carriers: India Post, DTDC, or any reliable courier with tracking
  • Important: Always share the return tracking number with us after shipping — we are not responsible for parcels lost without a tracking ID

Please pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit. SoleMet is not liable for products damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging.
