SoleMet is an Indian direct-to-consumer footwear brand operating through solemet.com. We sell footwear for men, women, and children across India.

You may use solemet.com only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use this website solely to browse, research, and purchase SoleMet products for personal use.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the website without prior written permission
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the website
• Impersonate SoleMet or any of its representatives

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these terms without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on solemet.com are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free.

• Product Images: Colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings, lighting, and photography. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Stock Availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or exchange.
• Errors: In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

All orders placed on solemet.com are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment — it constitutes an offer to purchase.

• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS after your order is placed. This is an acknowledgment, not a final acceptance.
• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
• Prepaid Orders: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat handling fee of ₹50 applies per COD order. This fee is non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
• Payment Security: SoleMet does not store card or UPI details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by Razorpay's secure payment gateway.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

We currently ship across India only. Delivery is free on all prepaid orders and charged at a flat ₹50 for COD orders.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events.
• SoleMet is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner once the order has been dispatched.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. SoleMet is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of return approval.
• The ₹50 COD handling fee is non-refundable.
• Products returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition will not be accepted.
• Items marked as sale, clearance, or final sale are not eligible for return.

You may create an account on solemet.com to manage your orders, save your address, and track purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• SoleMet will never ask for your password via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be misused, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at solemet03@gmail.com.

All content on solemet.com — including but not limited to the brand name "SoleMet", logo, product images, descriptions, design elements, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of SoleMet.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission from SoleMet.
• Unauthorised use of our brand name, logo, or product images for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Reviews, testimonials, or content submitted by customers may be used by SoleMet for marketing purposes across our website and social media channels.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on solemet.com:

• Placing fraudulent, fictitious, or bulk orders for commercial resale without prior written agreement
• Using the website to transmit spam, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempting to interfere with the security or functionality of the website
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when contacting SoleMet
• Leaving false reviews or engaging in any form of review manipulation

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, and legal action where applicable.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India. Parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith communication before pursuing legal action.
