Orders & Shipping

Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster (3–5 days), while smaller towns may take up to 7 days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.
  • Prepaid orders (UPI, Card, Net Banking) — Free shipping
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Flat ₹50 shipping charge
We recommend prepaid for a better experience and to save on shipping costs.
Yes, we deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will notify you at checkout. For remote locations, delivery may take a few extra days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 91468 10149 with your Order ID and we will share the latest status with you.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched yet. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 91468 10149 or email solemet03@gmail.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled — you will need to initiate a return after delivery.
Please check with your neighbours, security, or anyone at the delivery address first. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID. We will follow up with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Returns are accepted for wrong size, defective product, wrong item delivered, or damaged in transit. Please visit our Return Policy page for complete details.

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days with next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — you will be asked to share your bank details.
Yes! We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID and the size you need. If the size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Please note — exchanges are for size changes only, not for a different style or colour.
We sincerely apologise for this. Please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. In such cases, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and offer you a full replacement or complete refund — whichever you prefer. You will not bear any shipping cost.

Yes, COD is available across most PIN codes in India. A flat ₹50 handling charge applies to all COD orders. If COD is not available for your location, you will be notified at checkout. We recommend prepaid to enjoy free shipping and faster processing.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. SoleMet does not store, view, or have access to your card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Your data is fully encrypted and secure.
This can happen due to a network issue during payment. In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded within 5–7 working days by your bank or payment provider. If not received within that time, please contact us at solemet03@gmail.com with your transaction reference and we will help resolve it.

Products & Sizing

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in UK, EU, and Indian sizes. We recommend measuring your foot length in centimetres and matching it to the chart. Yes. Every product on solemet.com is carefully selected and quality checked before being listed. We stand behind the quality of every pair we sell. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund it — no questions asked.
To keep your footwear in great condition:
  • Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth — avoid soaking in water
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Use a shoe bag or box when not in use
  • Allow shoes to air dry naturally if they get wet — do not use a dryer or direct heat
  • Use a suitable polish or conditioner depending on the material
