Shipping Charges
We keep it simple — prepaid is always free, COD is flat ₹50
Pay online via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets and enjoy zero delivery charges on every order — no minimum order value required.
Pay in cash when your order arrives. A flat handling fee of ₹50 is charged per COD order. This fee is non-refundable once the order is shipped.

You'll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your order is successfully placed. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the confirmation.

2Order Processing
We verify your order, check stock, pack your shoes, and hand over the parcel to our delivery partner. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are typically dispatched the same day.
1–2 Working Days -
3Order Dispatched
Your order is picked up by our courier partner. You'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can follow your shipment in real time.

4Out for Delivery
Your delivery partner will attempt to deliver to your address. Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel — especially for COD orders.
Day of Delivery -
5Delivered ✓
Order delivered to your doorstep. If you face any issue with the product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
5–7 Working Days from Dispatch
Please Note: Delivery timelines may be extended by 2–3 additional days during festive seasons (Diwali, Eid, New Year), regional holidays, or extreme weather conditions. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch — not from the date of order placement. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Common shipping scenarios and what to do
Track Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/email. Use it on the courier partner's website or app to track your delivery in real time.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us within 2 hours of ordering if there's a mistake — we cannot change addresses once the order is dispatched.
Failed Delivery Attempt
If the delivery agent cannot reach you, they will attempt delivery again the next working day. After 2 failed attempts, the parcel is returned to us.
Order Not Received?
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours at solemet03@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.
Damaged Parcel
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening it and contact us immediately. Do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with or crushed.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International orders are not available at this time. Stay tuned — we plan to expand soon.
Non-Serviceable Areas
A small number of pin codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners
Serviceability is determined by our courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, etc.) and is subject to change. If you have already placed an order to a non-serviceable address, we will notify you within 24 hours and arrange a full refund.
